It will give end users (customers) confidence about how their data is accessed and shared, and how they can initiate payments using Third Party products and services.
How the Customer Trust Framework works
Our framework outlines the best non-binding practice key principles and provides a structure through which an API Centre Standards User will be able to balance potentially conflicting elements when communicating open banking-based solutions to customers.
It builds on international learnings and precedent to simply and clearly communicate the core elements that make up customer trust and demonstrate how these elements are able to work together to achieve the best outcome for all.
